Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on eligible orders, promotional campaigns, or membership benefits as announced from time to time.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase.
Ruvana Organics LLP shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ruvanaorganics.com with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the package and product
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@ruvanaorganics.com. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
